The Lions Club of Niagara Falls

Established in 1922 the Niagara Falls Lions Club currently has over 50 members (some with over 50 years of continuous community service.) There is an annual membership fee of that covers some of the administrative costs within our Lions club, our Lions District and Lions Clubs International.

We have 2 monthly dinner meetings, on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month, except for the months of July and August. Meetings are held our Niagara Falls Lions Club Community Centre at 4981 Drummond Road. Club members are encouraged to attendance our meetings and on a regular basis; however, there is ample opportunity to make up for missed meetings.

Our Youth Programs

Lions make a strong service commitment to young people through several international programs. Each year, millions of students develop positive character assets and learn vital citizenship responsibilities through our Lions Quest school curriculum programs from K to 12. Worldwide, Lions-sponsored Leo Clubs perform various community service activities and support a special Literacy and Culture projects.

Physically challenged youth attend Lions-sponsored camps where they learn to better understand themselves, and are encouraged to positively accept the challenges they face.

Each year our club host over 20 Lions International Youth Exchange students from around the globe for a day. These students are part of an exchange that allows Canadian Students to visit and live with families in other parts of our ever changing world.
